This one is a shock. Joey and I developed a relationship throughout the course of this repair. He purchased a vehicle and got stuck with it. It needed so much that I told him to sell it before we even repaired it. He said he needed to fix it and we took it on. Even while we were fixing it, I told him to sell it as it needed too much. He insisted and so we obliged. The truck died on him 3 miles from where he bought it. We nearly rebuilt the truck for him and it still had some things that we would have liked to have fixed. That truck left here months ago and since I am now seeing this negative review, I can only assume he got news that something we did was not right. I knew I should have passed on this job, but he was adamant about fixing it and I knew we would do the best we could for him and not a profit. The guy was in a tight spot. All I can say is, Joey , we did our best and I am sorry it did not work out for you. Joey and his family are amazing people and I feel horrible that the truck is giving him trouble. We did our very best and resurrected that truck from where it was , but , I told you to SELL THAT TRUCK. I would really appreciate you allowing us to correct anything we can on our end. If there is anything on our part that you feel we should fix or is under your warranty, please, allow us to make it right. I am sorry buddy and I hope your move is going well.
